MS EXCEL'S INTRODUCTION

Ms Excel is spread sheet program that is developed by Microsoft corporation. Ms excel  offer a user to create any kind of spreadsheet according to their needs to manage and analysis the data.

Purpose of Ms Excel:

1.Making Spread Sheet 

  A user can create spread sheet for any kind of account related data. such as commission calculation, salary record, employ rec and performance etc.

2. Advance Accounting:

Ms excel is a powerful tools provided by Microsoft for accounting. A use can handle accounts more easily by using Ms Excel. A user can add shapes, basic design and formulas etc to manage his data. 

3. Data Management:

Ms Excel provide powerful tool to manage the accounts data. A user can add and save data in the form of sheet (i.e consist of cells).
Data entry, Editing fields, Edit sheet and basic designing is including in Ms Excel.

4.Quick/Auto Calculation:

Ms excel is a powerful tool for quick calculation. A user can apply basic mathematics formulas on field then it will give you result in nano sec. All you need to do is, applying formula in correct way to get accurate result.
